ludicrous, foolish

I have never owned a video game before. I have watched people play the Wii and Rock Band, but considering I am not a ‘gamer’ I thought it was not for me. I have always liked dancing and other exercises, but *hate* going to a gym, and the Wii just seemed to weird holding the controller. After watching some of the launch videos and seeing it on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, I decided to “jump in” to the video game circus. I bought it at noon and was nervous about the set up.

Getting home at 1230, I was playing the game at 1245….it truly was plug in and play! The hand waving thing took me a couple times to adjust, but after a bit I was waving my hand with confidence like Tom Cruise in ‘Minority Report’…jump to 3 hours later I had tested around a bit with the game that came with it, but got a heckuva workout with “Dance Central”.

I think for the first time buyer of any video game I picked right…a little late to the party, but *Waving* -ready to play!
