I am going to start to try and lose weright using Kinect. the games i will be using mainly are Your Shape: FE 2012 and Kinect sports Season 2

I will be updating with my weight every week to keep track of my progress and to see if it is actually working.

I'm not on a serious diet but i have started to cut out a lot of the crap foods. If anyone wopuld like to share tips please do so as i could use all the help i can get

Where about are you from ? im from the UK - so if your in the states the time difference may not allow for doing something "together"... although... i am keeping an eye out for you on the leaderboards
