Independent developer PlayHouse Entertainment have joined the ID@Xbox programme and are bringing their first & third-person interactive historical crime drama The Manifeste to Xbox One with some major Kinect 2 support. That’s right, we’re not talking about a few voice commands here, we’re talking about some full-on motion controls! It’s not clear if the whole game is played with Kinect 2 but it seems to be more likely a hybrid game that combines a joypad and Kinect 2. You can watch the first trailer above, although unfortunately it doesn’t actually feature any gameplay, just historical events that the game is based on.
Here’s more info about the game from The Manifeste website:
About The Manifeste
The Manifeste is a thrilling new video game based on one of the most significant events in Canadian history, the October Crisis.

The Manifeste is a first and third person experience, currently in the early stages of development for consoles and PC, targeted towards adult gamers looking for mature, story-driven experience, featuring inventive gameplay.

Depending on the platform, players will be able to interact with the game world and objects using either a Dualshock 4, PlayStation Move, Kinect 2, Razer Hydra or even the Sixense’s upcoming STEM System.
