George Andreas not only worked together with Microsoft creative teams on developing Kinect but he was also game director at Rare/Microsoft Game Studios for several years. However, this month he left Microsoft in favor of the Creative Director position at Sony Computer Entertainment Europe.

With a total of 16 years spent at Rare, George Andreas worked on legendary titles including various Banjo titles, Viva Pinata, Donkey Kong 64, GoldenEye and Killer Instinct Gold. Furthermore, as far as Kinect is concerned, he played an important role in the development of two successful Kinect games: Kinect Sports and Kinect Sports Season 2.

Do you think that this change will have any influence on Microsoft’s future Kinect games?
