Amazon.com just listed the latest addition to the Kinect family: “James Bond 007 Legends Kinect” giving the following description and product features.

Six Classic Bond Films. One Incredible Game. A first-of-its-kind Bond video game, 007 Legends features an orginal, overarching storyline inspired by six classic Bond movies, combined with the heart-pounding action gmaers have come to expect from their next-gen platforms.

The game is set for a October 2012 release, with a price of $59.99. Sure, any of the above may change, but given the prominent occurrence of Kinect in the game’s title, it’s hard to believe this won’t be a Kinect game.

Amazon have now changed the name to just James Bond 007 Legends and there’s no mention of Kinect anywhere now. I’m hoping that the Kinect part was a secret (to be revealed at E3 maybe) and Amazon weren’t supposed to post it yet. :/

Actually technically it’s named after a new organisation that uses the same name because the original Blackwater that had the employees accused (and were any convicted? I can’t remember) of offences changed its name to Xe Services and was sold to another company. Recently it changed its name again to Academi.

Also, there are games where you play police officers and the police force is now a criminal, murderous, (terrorist even, since it’s breached the Terrorism Act 2000) organisation. Or at the the British police force is.
