If you know the Spice Girls, then you probably also know Mel B. If not, then she may not be that familiar with you. Anyways, Mel B (a celeb) teamed up with Fitness First, the world’s largest gym chain, in creating a Kinect Fitness game that features 6 types of aerobic disciplines, with more than 100 tailored exercises. A Fitness game for Kinect, so to speak.

Get Fit With Mel B is produced by Black Bean Games and developed by the talented and UK based Lightning Fish studios. The videogame is scheduled for release in Q4 2010 for PlayStation Move, Kinectfor Xbox 360 and Wii and represents a real breakthrough in the fitness genre as it is based on an exclusive proprietary engine that features full body detection system. Kinect seems well cut out for the job. However, would you rather be motivated by Mel B or by your friends in Your Shape Fitness Evolved or EA Sports Active 2.0?
