I was wandering whether or not I should get the game and I wanted to hear other peoples opinion...

Who's to say whether something is worth it? I don't feel that Call of Duty Black Ops is worth $60. But there are plenty of people that do believe it is. To each his own.

I've had more fun with Child of Eden than a number of games sitting on my shelf.

If you've read reviews and still doubt whether to get this game, then sadly, it probably isn't for you. Not all the great games are for everyone. I've heard rave reviews for Mortal Kombat but I'll never buy a fighter.

That said, Child of Eden is an awesome game. I'd go rent it or wait for a sale if you're on the fence.

I enjoyed (and still am enjoying) this game! Besides the awesome visuals, it is challenging and fun in my view!

Some people say it is too 'short' but I have yet to finish normal mode so , blame it on my skill.. but hard is simply hard to beat... so it's not SHORT if you want to get all the achievements.

Child of Eden is to Rez
as Halo 3 is to Halo 1

If your undecided and want to try a trial to the first game, download Rez.....
Just realize that the game was made for the Dreamcast, but the gameplay is very similar.
However Chile of Eden has stepped it up a notch so to speak with graphics (obviously), gameplay (now with 2 guns + bomb) and Kinect of course...... Which is the most fun way to play by far! Personally, I'm lovin it!
