Does Kinect work with Netflix yet?
Sorry if this has been asked before, but I can't find any solid information any where else. Does Kinect with with Netflix yet? I am getting this for Christmas and I was really excited about this feature and hope it is implemented by now.

Nope not yet so for now i just bought a whole bunch of zune pts an watch zune movies just to show off what kinect can do
 to my frnds an fam

No, I'd expect it sometime in the Spring when Hulu comes to the 360. From what I've been told, Netflix didn't even have Kinect functionality in the Kinect beta. My personal guess is that Microsoft knew people would rent more movies from Zune if Kinect didn't work with Netflix. It should definitely be one of the first updates we get as everyone and their mother has asked for it.

ahh, that's lame. I thought I remember a video with Microsoft showing that function. Ohh well, I will wait for the update and continue to watch the movies until then. Thanks so much for the replies.

The only thing MS showed was a Netflix tile in the Kinect hub if I remember correctly. Don't worry though, like I said, it should be coming very soon. Yeah I knew about it, but my wife likes to get a new dvd every week, so we stayed with the old program for an extra couple bucks. I personally wanted to go to strictly streaming as the streaming library is getting better and better.
