I just thought of something. To create the actual messages for the emails you could just use voice recognition. No need to figure out a way to use weird gestures like in Google's video. (Also it's those gestures that should have tipped people off that it was a joke since they were illogical, like swinging your arm up vertically to create the word "Barbados", lol!)
