Kinect helps to orchestrate flash mob

The newest Microsoft commercial focuses on the creation of a flash mob using Microsoft products, including Kinect. It's a reasonable assumption to consider that orchestrating a flash mob is very difficult task, but now Kinect can be of help and make that easier. Can you guess how?

So what exactly is a flash mob? Well according to wikipedia:
A flash mob (or flashmob) is a group of people who assemble suddenly in a public place, perform an unusual and pointless act for a brief time, then disperse.
The difficult part of orchestrating a flash mob is handling the sheer amount of people (often volunteers) and getting them ready for the performance. Kinect can be of huge help here: people can easily practice from home using video Kinect, and since most people will have played Dance Central, they will have their room set-up for some dance practice. Along with all other Microsoft technology orchestrating a flash mob performance can be a whole lot easier!

Check out the commercial I'm talking about. Now that looks like pretty good fun.
