Not a story / journal
Hi guys so after having Kinect for a month or so and playing Kinect Sports for at least 30 minutes per session for 4 days each week, I've lost 7kg or 15 pounds! It's amazing. Though that is combined with light biking for 30 minutes 5 times a week. And also push-ups and crunches. Seeing results is what keeping me motivated.
Keep up the good work y'all PS. I don't do "diets" I did start drinking more water and less junk food but no "low carb diet bs" (no offense) |
