Kinect Sports is like any Xbox game where you can use your own music.

You can listen to music on your Xbox 360 console by connecting a portable media player, inserting a CD, or playing music from your console’s hard drive.

1) Start a game, and then press the Guide button on your controller.
2) Go to Media.
3) Choose Select Music.
4) Select the location of the music you want to hear (hard drive or a connected media player).
5) Press the Guide button to return to your game.

Your music will play in place of the game soundtrack if the game supports custom music.
