Got the GK's a Kinect for Christmas. The print on tv is blurred making it difficult to read. Tried 3 tvs 2crt 1 flat screen. Same prob on all. Is this normal or is it just our box?

Somewhat normal for the 2 crts, for the flat screen it really depends on the quality of the TV. Alot of games are going to HD graphics since HD TV's have more or less become the standard. This does tend to cause issues with text on screen. While the text looks normal and crisp in HD, no non HD TV's the pixels are farther apart and the test often appears blurred or fuzzy. That's actually what made me break down and buy a HD TV about a year ago.

One thing I would suggest trying is going under your Xbox dashboard, there you can set you Xbox up to the kind of TV you have. It may already be set up for your type of TV, but if not it does help with some games. Goodluck and I hope whatever the problem you get it sorted out soon.

check your cables. are you using an hdmi cable? the component/composite cable? if you're using the component/composite cable, make sure you switch it to high def. go to an HD forum if you don't have much experience with HD equipment. a good one is http://www.avsforum.com/avs-vb/forumdisplay.php?f=141

Thanks for the help. Used HDMI on the flat screen and that solved my prob.
