Anyone who likes Konami's Parodius, or side scrolling shoot-em-ups in general, should be excited to hear that Otomedius Excellent, the sequel to Parodius, is coming soon exclusively to XBLA! (Actually, it's the sequel to Otomedius Gorgeous but that was only released in Japan.)

Edit: Actually it might be a disc-based game now because of this part from the link:

But then it's confusing because they also say this:

Quote:Three's company! Team up with a friend or two over Xbox Live Arcade or on one Xbox 360 to have help obtaining hard-to-get items!

If it's disc-based then they should say "over Xbox Live" not "over Xbox Live Arcade". Also I'm sure that Otomedius Gorgeous is an XBLA game. (Although only available in Japan.)

It turns out it's coming on disc and there will be a special edition available in America. (Hopefully the UK too!)
