Wow k well I am a 32yof And I currently quit smoking and gained an 15 lbs in 2 months. besides that I was already struggling with losing the weight I gained with my 2 children before my first was born I weighed 135 after having topped the scale at 175 I brought it down to 150 and hit a plateau got pregnant again and topped the scale at 206 wowzers ..I went on atkins diet and lost a large majority of the weight and was back at 150 about 10 pre atkins lbs crept back up on me that left me at 160 within the past two months I quit smoking and my eating has gotten completely out of hand gaining a whopping 15lbs leaves me at 175.... For the past Week I have been doing kinect fitness evolved every day seems to be getting a lil easier getting further and further working out about 1hr a day haven't weighed myself yet as I am frightened to get on the scale I think it would be great to have somekind of support group to join for all of us to keep up with being motivated.... Anyone have any ideas or input?and I would like a weight loss buddy anyone interested?

Heya Nina, good to see you are sharing your story.

It can indeed proof to be quite challenging to loose weight and keep it that way. Hopefully Kinect can make weight loss a lot more relaxing and fun for you!

On the buddy/challenge part: It seems that others are motivated by setting a goal for themselves, maybe you can do the same? The idea is that by sharing your progress on attaining your goal, and reading in on others on this forum you can help motivate each other. It should not be too difficult finding a weight loss buddy on these forums .
