getting BACK into shape! (and not a round one)
I just got the Kinect yesterday for my birthday(25th)! I played for about 2 hrs and was drenched in sweat. First a little back story....
About a year and a half ago me and my now wife were newly engaged and I was about 205(maybe more I quit looking) and after I saw the pics that we took that night I realized I looked terrible!! So I made a commitment to look good for our wedding and in 6 months I lost 50+ lbs!! My lowest weight was 147(working out like crazy peoples) I kept it off for a year until our wedding in Jamaica (hence wanting to look good) and all was good! I even started a new job when I got back so everything was going great... except one thing... I let up on my diet and stopped working out as much so now about 2 months and 10lbs later all my clothes are fitting a little tighter than I wanted. In comes the Kinect! I really think this will help spur my workout cravings again so well see! WISH ME LUCK!! -Retrospects |
