Yesterday I had a pretty good day.

6 Week Six Pack- 1 hour, I did half of it and then my daughter crawled to the dogs water bowl and tipped it and it took me forever to clean her and the mess up. An hour or so later I attempted the workout again and did the whole thing from the start.
30 Day Shred- 29 minutes
Boost Metabolism- 25 minutes
Kinect
I did all personal training on kinect- cardio, sculpting, toning, and after baby toning 1 time each- 205 calories total.
Then I went on the treadmill and only ran 1/2 mile, burning 77 calories.
I didn't eat breakfast yesterday and I don't regret it, I sometimes find I have more energy when I don't eat breakfast...weird.
Lunch- I put two thin slices of turkey down, on top of that I put diced tomatoes, about 1/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, and arugula and then ate it like a taco.....mmmmm

Dinner- Kind of ate too much, I had a huge salad before playing kinect and going on the treadmill and then when I got out of the shower I was starving and freezing so I ate soup, 2 servings (240 cal) I felt awful. It was the first bit of gluten I consumed in about a week and a half and it was just too much food.
I have a new goal because I think I am ahead of the game with the weight portion of my goal. I want to fit into this certain pair of jeans by my birthday. they wont go past my huge butt right now but I know I can do it. They are my "fat jeans" so even after I accomplish this goal there will still be 15-20 pounds more that I need to lose.
