The Oscar winning designer John Gaeta, who worked on films including The Matrix and Speed Racer, created a new company called FLOAT which has been working with Kinect since 2009!
This part from their job advert sounds particularly good:

Since they've been working with Kinect since 2009 I think we're pretty much guaranteed to see at least 1 of the games they're working on at E3 and hopefully it will be released this year!
