Fantastic Pets for Xbox 360′s Kinect is a game for the young ones, where virtual animals will be brought into reality. The official description reads: “Fantastic Pets puts players on-screen where their movements and voice commands allow them to play side-by-side with a pet of their own creation.” Does that sound a lot like Kinectimals? Yes it does, and that may not be such a bad thing!

UFC Personal Trainer Kinect pushed to June 2011 kinect news

Delay has hit several Kinect games up until now, among which are Michael Jackson’s game, Child of Eden and Brunswick Pro Bowling. Now, another game falls victim to the same fate. As we kind of expected – due to the lack of news around this Kinect game – UFC Personal Trainer has been delayed from this quarter to the next. And CEO of THQ spoke of June as the expected month for this game to hit the shelves:

Brian Farrell say that Kinect title will hit retail store shelves sometime in June.

Or so the advertisement text reads, the list of achievements may reveal a bit more on the activities hidden in this game. Luckily Developer BlitzGames has confirmed that it’s looking into a prerelease demo for Fantastic Pets, as well as postrelease content, including new activities and costumes for your pets.

THQ expects Kinects success to continue kinect news

According to Brian Farrell, CEO of THQ, Kinect will continue to be successful. Moreover, he says that augmented reality represents a big opportunity on the Kinect and that THQ’s Fantastic Pets is the first to combine augmented reality and Kinect. Fantastic Pets is planned to be released on 18th March.
