Goodness, just "reading" your regiment tired me out, leave alone to follow it for real Big Grin.

Weighted vests is probably too sweaty for me, wrist and angle weights sound worthwhile to try. Thanks for the suggestion Smile.

hahaha... its hard to play kinect and NOT get sweaty weighted vest or not. Big Grin

as for ankel and wrists weights just make sure they are good quality. for wrists weights i personally have some with fingers holes too. they however aren't very big so it doesnt bug the sensor.. the finger holes help for sports liek boxing so the wrist weights dont slide on my forearms.

Sometimes i play kinect boxing with MMA gloves instead so I know any wrists weights work and wont stop your gameplay.

ankle weights are less of an issue.

Ive had symtoms like this before. I think you might be holding your hand too close to your body, try holding it out infront of you and not chicken winging you arm.

also consider using a controller to go trough the game screens its much faster. Its faster if you leave your remote on anyway since i have several pairs of recharhing batteries.

Ive played kinect boxing with MMA gloves and it worked fine. its just the navigating that got jerky controlling with MMA gloves.

Also if your hand cursor is jumping it may be because your too close or you keep moving while your choosing your options. If you stand still and you are standing the recommended distance from the kinect sensor you should be fine.Smile

Amazon has now changed the release date of kinect sports 2 from september 26 , I guess it was a typo..now it just says december 31...oh well ...I knew it was too good to be true..haha
