That’s right, the above video shows Tiger Woods playing PGA Tour 13 with Kinect. It seems to work very well, just that Tiger Woods doesn’t seem to be very good at his own game

Tiger Woods 13 Kinect

Tiger Woods PGA Tour 13 will be playable with Kinect. This includes motion controls such as swinging, but also voice controls and gestures to line up shots. Swings will have to be done sideways (so not looking at the TV), but it also seems that Tiger Woods himself doesn’t really have any trouble with this.

I thought Tiger’s reaction to the “Face-On” approach was a bit tepid. The devs were obviously aware that he had reservations about it and were going out of their way to explain why it had to be that way. Yeah, he did okay with it, but Tiger could execute a golf swing in a sensory deprivation chamber without a hitch. I got the sense that he was okay with the shot result, but he’d much rather have been aligned as though he was hitting the ball into the screen.
