If you’re looking to increase your confidence and fitness through learning self defense, then soon, Ubisoft’s upcoming Kinect game ‘Self Defense Training Camp’* may give you the option to do so from your home.

The trailer touts that “learning self defense with Xbox Kinect is a great solution” and with over 30 self defense techniques and personalized improvement tips, they are at least attempting to make it like so!

What’s your impression of this combination of Kinect and fighting? Personally, I’m hoping it will clear the way for a boxing game that should be possible with Kinect as well… one step at a time, one step at a time.
