[/b]Hi I bought Kinect with the adventures game as well as your shape fitness.
However the Adventures game does not play, but the fitness one does.
i phoned Microsoft went through everything on the xbox, doing resets etc, but still no joy so they suggested to take the game back to retailer and exchange it, which i did.
Still the same problem.
I have the white xbox 360, seperate power supply if this helps.

That is odd. I've heard a few people having problems with Kinect Adventures but what are the odds of you having two bad disc. It's really weird because your other game works. Not sure what to tell you except that I have an old white Xbox and Adventures works with mine so your model of Xbox shouldn't be an issue.

mines working perfectly maybe its the xbox but i havent heard anyone having a issue with the white xbox 360 in fact im playing adventures right now reflex ridge on my xbox its a slim maybe white dosent work

Hate to say it, but you probably got two bad seeds in a row. What are the odds?

Hi thanks for all your help.
The game is now working,
Stripped xbox down to dvd drive, cleaned lense, put a dab of wd40 on the worm drive and slider, thats either side of the laser lense carriage, put back together, and its working.
I will probably get a faulty xbox for spares.
