With all of the news this week concerning Kinect, we couldn't leave out Ubisoft's shocking hint! Ubisoft, the 3rd leading publisher for Kinect, thanks to Your Shape: Fitness Evolved, Fighters Uncaged and MotionSports, has hinted that they may be bringing more titles with Kinect functionality, possibly some of their hardcore franchises.  Don't forget Ubisoft is also responsible for Michael Jackson: The Experience and Child of Eden as well!


Assassin's Creed, Splinter Cell, Prince of Persia or Ghost Recon for Kinect?
With that idea, Ubisoft's Chief Marketing and Sales Officer Geoffroy Sardin stated:
"We will be bringing some of the industry's most innovative offerings to Kinect soon.  I think we can propose Kinect versions of all the brands that we've got, but it is down to the production team. I can't announce anything, but we will have something for everyone, that I can assure you."
The 4 franchises listed are definitely something for everyone, yet many people are unaware of Ubisoft's lesser franchises, such as H.A.W.X., Driver, CSI, FarCry, Rainbow Six, Rayman, Myst, The Settlers, End War (to become a franchise) and others.  Unfortunately thinking and doing are two different things but only time will tell.  We are definitely overdue for the next Ghost Recon and Rainbow Six though.
