Video Kinect
I am trying to connect with a friend and I get audio and they are getting audio and video. What can I do or do they need to do for me to see video?

are you trying to connect between MSN Live Messenger on a PC and Video Kinect? Or from 360 to 360?
If you're doing PC to 360, make sure you upgrade to the latest version of Live Messenger. Do not use a third-party chat program like Pidgin or Trillian or Meebo or Digsby or whatever. If you're doing 360 to 360, make sure both of you have a Gold account and make sure both of you have the latest updates.
