I saw Star Wars: X-Wing Vs. Tie Fighter on your list and had flashbacks. I use to play that game until blood shot from my eyes. I still have the disc, I tried awhile back to get it to run on my current PC but it's too ancient. I saw a few work around people offered but in the end just too much trouble.
